Auto-export should handle HST workspace items correctly

Items in the HST workspace (container items, menus, sitemaps, etc.) should be handled correctly by auto-export. They should either be saved correctly (probably in a sub-folder for all workspace items), or not be saved at all. The best strategy may involve some discussion and thinking.
