As Hippo I require proper and complete LICENSE and NOTICE files and license headers to be provided

Currently the Page Management Angular UI related functionality is using a lot of 3rd party/external resources (including those from github/onehippo) which do not have the appropriate and complete license headers and/or reference in the LICENSE and NOTICE files.

Everything packaged or bundled with the channelmanager frondend module MUST be covered with an appropriate license and (if needed) notice.
