Page management - Unable to edit page settings once the page is published

1. Login to cms as admin/editor
2. Go to Channel Manager >> select the channel >> edit channel >> add page
3. Create a new page as calvin
3a Page is created successfully
4. Now create a new menu item as testcalvin and use internal link value as calvin
4a New menu with calvin as page is created successfully.
5. Now access the page settings and change the URL
5a It is possible to change URL or page title or template
6. Now publish the changes
7. After successfully publishing the changes, again edit the channel, click on TestCalvin menu and select page settings menu

Expected - User should be able to edit the page settings with URL value as calvin and page title as calvin
Actual - User is not able to edit the page settings and URL value is not as expected. URL value is any and page title is empty
