Implement UI feedback

As part of this story:

• Move the "Add page" button to the bottom of the dialog
• Update the theme so the colours are consistent with the rest of the CMS UI for instance for the selected item in the tree
• Change visualisation of a locked menu from just the "lock icon" into a disabled "edit menu" button
