Backport CMS7-7660 to channel mgr pgmt branch - When in channel manager changing the channel through clicking in the site, the toolbar of the previous channel is kept

Steps to reproduce:

1) Start up gogreen
2) Go to channel manager and open 'english channel'
3) Click edit and make changes
4) Now you see either 'discard changes' or optionally already 'publish changes' depending if you already clicked save&close already
5) Now click in the on one of the other editions: EDITIE: NEDERLANDUNITED STATES FRANCE ESPAÑA РОССИЯ DEUTSCHLAND
6) channel manager changes to other channel however menu bar with 'discard changes' or optionally already 'publish changes' does not disappear
7) clicking 'discard changes' or 'publish changes' results in error and you go back to english channel
