Restored revisions are not logged in the revision history

1) Create a new document, set a title and publish it
2) Take the document offline
3) Modify the document, go to revision history and revert(restore) the document
4) Open the revision history
Expected result: 3 history items
Actual result: 2 history items. The restored revision is not logged in the history
