Linked document can't be opened in the background

Create 2 documents and link the second document to the first
Publish the 2nd document
A dialog is opened with option 'Open selected documents in background'
Expected: 1 link that is opened in the background if requested

Actuall: Link is shown twice. 1st link does not open in the background.
When selecting 'Select all' one of the links disappears.
