When logging in with a non-supported browser, the link in the login dialog must point to the correct system requirements page

See attached screenshot for the dialog that you get when logging in with IE11 at the moment.

The link must point to [1], which should be available when we release the GA (assuming 2.26.01 will be the GA).

Note that this issue does not need to be backported to 7.7 or 7.8.
