On-hover message for internal link, icon 1 (EN/NL):
"Internal link" / "Interne link"
On-hover message for external link, icon 2 (EN/NL):
"External link" / "Externe link"
On-hover message for anchor, icon 3 (EN/NL)
"Anchor" / "Anker"
Listbox item in external link picker, option for selecting an anchor (EN/NL)
"Link to anchor in text" / "Link naar anker in tekst"
