No warning shown when publishing a document that is linked to a deleted document

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Go Green go to Hippo Go Green/About and create a sub folder named my-translated-folder
2) Create a product document
3) Create a review document and Review For field to the product created in step 2
3) For the product document do Document/Delete and delete the document (ignore the warning)
4) Publish the review
Expected: Warning that review is referencing the document
Actual: no message

Same for links embedded in a CKEditor text
