Performance - Saving Channel settings changes (Page Title Prefix) took (15+ seconds)

Prerequisite - Have 7 to 8 persons working on different channels of channel manager

1. Login to CMS
2. Go to Channel manager >> Select any channel >> Click edit >> Channel settings
3. Change the Page title prefix and click on Save changes

Expected - The channel settings should be saved in 1 or 2 seconds
Actual - Took 15 + seconds
