CKEditor should not offer the capability to resize an image

In some browsers, CKEditor offers the capability to resize images in text by dragging their borders. This feature is enabled in Firefox and IE, but not available in Chrome and Safari [1].

However, internal images in Hippo should always be rendered as-is. If another image size is needed, another variant of the image in the image set should be selected.

So, it should not be possible to resize images in certain browsers using resize handles.
