Opening a document by clicking internal link in document preview mode immediately switches back to the previous tab

When an internal link in the preview of a document is clicked, the linked document is opened in a new tab, but the CMS then immediately switches back to tab of the original document.

Steps to reproduce:
1. login to the archetype CMS using Chrome (or another browser that supports the JavaScript history API)
2. edit the document 'common/homepage'
3. add an internal link to the document 'common/about-us'
4. save and close the homepage document
5. click the internal link to the 'About Us' document you just added

Expected: the 'About Us' document is opened in a new tab that remains focused.
Actual: the 'About Us' document is opened in a new tab, but the CMS then immediately focuses the tab of the 'Homepage' document again.
