Backport CMS7-7432 to 7.8.xx: Selectable variants shown in image picker should be configurable

The imagepicker in the richtext editor has a option to select a the variant of the image that will be used. So far it is impossible to exclude one of these variants.

Desired is to control the variants by configuring a white- and or blacklist.
