Regression: Translate Document dialog translated name not found when directly clicking OK after entering name

Note 21/Oct/13: Behavior seems to have changed. Now the OK button is disabled until text is entered and click is done in the form

Steps to reproduce
Log in as Editor/Editor
1) Create a document. For example Documents/Hippo Go Green/2010/10 Create New Event
2) set valid name and title and save & close the document
3) Select new language (German...)
4) Click on Add Translation.. and fill in a text. Do not press enter or click in the form
5) Click OK
Expected: Dialog closes translated document is saved.
Actual: Error 'Action Failed' with attached stacktrace.
