Regression: Change of CMS translation behaviour between 7.7.9 and 7.7.10

We noticed changed CMS translation behaviour between versions 7.7.9 and 7.7.10.

I've just checked (and reproduced) this in the archetype:

7.7.9
1 - I login in the CMS with the Italian language
2 - I create a new document 'Latte Rosa'
3 - I save and close the document
4 - I logout
5 - I login in the CMS with the German language
6 - I see the just created document 'Latte Rosa'

7.7.10
1 - I login in the CMS with the Italian language
2 - I create a new document 'Voglio un caffe migliore'
3 - I save and close the document
4 - I logout
5 - I login in the CMS with the German language
6 - I see the just created document 'voglio-un-caffe-migliore'
7 - Notice the dashes and lowercase in #6; this is different from the 7.7.9 behaviour
