Channel manager refresh button after timeout

    Description

      When a CMS (re)start and the user logs in after the restart, the channel manager sometimes shows the message that the site is not (yet) up and running. It would be nice to have a refresh / reload button in there (next to the text), so you don't have to reload the entire CMS to get the channel manager to work.
