Backport: Make channel manager css classes for containers and items more flexible

customers using bootstrap typically don't want extra divs to appear. This can be achieved by adding the hst-container css class to existing divs. However, currently, it then cannot be found by for the metadata

Same goes for container-items. Also, container item elems always expect the html comment to be a child, however, it should also be able to support as previous sibling
