Broken Links - Configurable Options to exclude certain external URLs

As a site administrator, I want to configure certain external URL patterns to exclude in the broken links checking URL set for some reasons (e.g, the URLs cannot be accessed in the acceptance server).
For example, I should be able to configure the following URL (glob) patterns:

• http://www.example.com/vpn/*
• http://www.example.com/secure/*
