Backport (7.8) - The 'you have unpublished changes' yellow bar is not removed when publishing or discarding changes

Steps to reproduce:
1) Go to channel manager, edit a channel and edit a container.
2) Click Save & Close
-> The yellow warning bar appears "You have unpublished changes in this channel"
3) Click Publish my changes or Discard my changes
Expected: Yellow bar disappears
Actual: Yellow bar shows claiming unpublished changes. Yellow bar goes away when going back to the Channel Manager root and back to the channel
