Regression - Component properties window is missing scroll bar

    Description

      1. Log in to go green CMS
      2. Navigate to Channel manager >> click on any channel >> Edit channel >> click on any component
      3. Component properties window pops up
      4. Re-size the component properties window

      Issue - Component properties window does re-sizes but misses the scroll bar (refer screenshot)
