Incorrect indication of who has changes in Channel Manager overview when using fine grained locking

When logged in as admin, other users' changes are marked as your changes, so it will say "You have unpublished changes" while another user has made the changes.

The tooltip, however, displays the right users.

To reproduce:

• Log in as editor
• Make a change in a channel
• Log in as admin
• Change another channel
• Go to the Channel Manager overview page
  Expected result: The channel has a status of "1 user has unpublished changes"
  Actual result: The channel has a status of "You have unpublished changes"

In the screenshot, the Dutch channel is changed by "admin", and the English channel is changed by "editor". The admin sees both changes as "You have unpublished changes"
