URIEncoding not set correctly for the cargo Tomcat

    Description

      In the 'hippo-cms7-project' pom at the cargo configuration a property "catalina.servlet.uriencoding" is set to UTF-8, however this doesn't do anything for the Tomat server.xml configuration AFAICT.

      I think the correct property is cargo.servlet.uriencoding.
