Rename device skin 'default' to 'desktop'

The 'Desktop' device skin is currently called 'default'. That's a bad name, it should be called 'desktop' instead. These names will be API (e.g. used in the properties hst:devices and hst:defaultdevice of an hst:channel) so they better make sense.
