Device skin selection breaks when clicking a link

To reproduce:
1. Go to the Channel Manager and open a channel
2. Select a different device skin than the default
3. Click "Edit Channel". The device skin is not shown anymore (is this expected?)
4. Click "Save & Close".
Expected result: The device skin can still be changed
Actual result: There are no options to change the device skin anymore

To reproduce again:
1. Go to the Channel Manager and open a channel
2. Select a different device skin than the default
3. Click a link to view another page
