Change appearance of the Console in different environments

Depending on the environment (test/acceptance/production) where the cms is running, you must be able to see more clearly in which environment you are working.

• give the option to give the menubar on top a different style (e.g. background color)
• make the page title customizable
• give the option to add @<hostname> after the page title
• give the option to show a different favicon
