Compare plugin fails to render nested list

Prerequisite: enable indent&outdent buttons in Xinha toolbar

• edit a document and add an (un)ordered list with four items: a,b,c,d
• save and publish
• edit document again and indent item b
• save

The compare view now displays a broken list, after pressing publish the list is correctly displayed again (indented at item b).
