Backport to 7.7 - Image Cropper does not show target size if target width is more than 200px

    Description

      When the target width of an image variant is > 200px, the image crop dialogue no longer shows a preview image in the right column. It also stops updating the target dimensions a that point. The latter is undesired: the target dimensions should remain displayed/updated.
