DocumentType configurations for Mixins like taxonomy:classifiable are stored in an opaque manner which cannot be deducted from the repository alone

Document type configurations for mixins are stored and maintained through specific plugin logic and therefore non-deductable through other means (meaning: through repository configuration alone).
This makes it currently impossible to derive such meta-information for the new ContentType service (CMS7-7024)
