Description

CXF 2.6.3 has an important bug https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-4591 which has been fixed in CXF 2.6.4.
We should upgrade our CXF version to 2.6.6 or newer 2.6.x version.
Note: CXF version is defined both in CMS and HST project poms
