FORCE_CLIENT_HOST=true seems to be missing for keepalive pinger from channel manager

      not sure which versions are affected.

      At least for the 7.8.2-SNAPSHOT this seems to fail for me locally when running cms on cms.example.com and site on www.example.com

      Obviously it does not break when having site and cms on localhost
