Lucene uses now ASCIIFoldingFilter instead of isoLatin1AccentFilter : we need to also account for during parsing of the search text

      Add to EncodingUtils next to isoLatin1AccentReplacer also ASCIIFoldingReplacer which replaces in same way chars as ASCIIFoldingFilter does because now Lucene analyzer uses Lucene ASCIIFoldingFilter which replaces much more diacritics.
