frontend shares namespace with repository

The frontend should have its own namespace for defining node types. The infrastructure that is used for the CMS is just one possibility to create a frontend to the repository. The concept like "one namespace - one addon" makes it easy to clean up the repository when an addon is removed.

(oh, and it makes it easier to initialize the /hippo:namespaces folder)
