Backport of ~~CMS7-6831~~

1. Login to CMS as editor or author
2. Navigate to Reports >> Broken links

Expected - Links, broken since, HTTP status etc should be shown to the user
Actual - Links, broken since, HTTP status etc are not shown to the user
