Regression: IE8: Vertical scrollbars and accordeon buttons missing in Browse perspective

To reproduce:

• In IE8, in Go Green, go to the browse perspective
• Click the triangle before "Hippo Go Green", and maybe some other folders if needed
  Expected: A vertical scrollbar, and the accordion buttons (Images/Gallery) are visible.
  Actual: No scrollbars or accordion buttons. Scrolling with mouse wheel is not possible

• In the search box, search for "Green", and click "All" if needed
• Change to the wide document listing
  Expected: Because there are many matching documents: a vertical scrollbar
  Actual: No scrollbar, and scrolling with mouse wheel is not possible.
