Backport to 7.7.:Name fields are cleared when using the username as password

When creating a new user in the cms and using the username as password, the error message "Password must not contain user name, first name or last name" is shown. The fields username, firstname and lastname are cleared, and the content of the password and confirm password fields are kept. Was that intended? I would expect all fields having the same values still, or the password fields to be cleared.
