Add container for configurable extra items in the header bar

Create a container next to the Log out button in the header bar so extra items can be shown there. The items to be shown could for example have "header.bar.menu.right" as wicked id. These items should be picked up by the org.hippoecm.frontend.plugins.cms.root.RootPlugin.
