Problems with CMS when opening IE Developer Tools

Reproduction path:
1- Go to GoGreen
2- In IE, version 9 in my case, press F12 (open the Developer Tools)
3- Login
4- Go to the 'Browse' perspective

Expected:

• While hovering over folders the Context Menu icon should appear

Actual:

• The Context Menu icon does not appear

Additional weird behaviors:

• If you opened another Accordion Tab than the 'Documents' one and then went back to 'Documents' the Context Menu icon will start to appear again
• Sometimes at the login time CMS shows nothing just a header with pinger and logout link but the rest is blank white area

We need to look into this
