Regression - First time login with clean browser, component properties dialog does not open

Prerequisite - Clear the browser cache, cookies etc

1. Log-in to CMS
2. Go to channel manager >> select any channel >> click Edit Channel button
3. Select one of the component

Expected - Component property dialog box opens
Actual - Nothing happens. Navigate thru other pages and select the component again now component properties dialog opens.
Note - Sometimes this issue does not occur
