Channel Manager overview - Channel Locked field is displayed as long instead as timestamp

Prerequisite: A channel is locked by a admin or editor

1. Login to CMS and navigate to Channel Manager
2. Switch the overview page to details perspective
3. Notice the Locked on column value

Actual - It should display Date & time
Expected - Invalid value to user is shown (refer screenshot)
