updater editor UI improvements

Perspective breadcrumb: the breadcrumb now says: "Developer Panel -> Script and Run Updaters". Please change to "Developer Panel -> Updater Editor" as this is consistent with other perspectives. Also change the label to this text when the user selects a top level node in the tree.

Delete confirmation window: the message must have a ? at the end

When I remove the name and press save, the updater is saved as "null". Please add a check that the name must not be empty. Information message: "Name is empty"

When creating a new updater, now the path is selected by default; please supply a default value of "/"

Re-order and rename the nodes in the tree to, rename is optional if more than 1 hour work:

• Registry
• Queue
• History

Move the "New" button to above the tree, left aligned with the tree (see updater.png for result)

Display empty panel when selecting the "Registry" top level node, similar to when selecting another top level node

Border style for treeview and panel border (see updater.png for result):

• border: solid
• border-color: #AFAFAF
• border-width: 1px

Attached an icon for the perspective (tools) and one for the updater editor (updater editor.png)
