Have the "Asset validation" as out-of-box functionality

The assets upload is not configured with a dedicated validation service atm. By default, the DefaultUploadValidationService is used which validates file size and file extensions. If an upload-limit is set in web.xml, this value will be used by the DefaultUploadValidationService. To have more control we need an AssetValidationService (like the ImageValidationService).
