Regression: "Scheduled publication" toolbar message changed to "A task is scheduled on ??"

Also applicable to "Schedule take offline".

To reproduce:

• In the CMS, open a document
• Schedule to take off-line or schedult to publish the document

Expected: A message in the toolbar saying what is scheduled with the date/time.
Actual: The toolbar now states "A task is scheduled on ??" (the date/time shows as ??)
