REGRESSION: When opening a revision, the wrong menu is displayed

    Description

      Open/create a document that has multiple revisions, then open one of the older revision.

      In 7.7, the menu would display two buttons: "Restore" and "Revisions" (see screenshot 77-correct)

      In current 7.8 trunk, the menu is not displayed, but rather the regular menu is displayed / is still visible (see screenshot 78-incorrect)
