[JcrDiff] Add ability to filter items from patch

    Description

      Certain items may not be relevant to the user but will always have changes, for instance /hippo:configuration/hippo:initialize and /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/brokenlinks/hippo:moduleconfig/hippo:request
      We should be able to filter those out when creating the patch.
