Channel Manager could not be loaded: Unable to connect to site / site offline

Build GoGreen with the latest trunk of CMS7 v2.23.05-SNAPSHOT.
First opened localhost:8080/cms/
Terminal stated that it could not find site, but did load the cms.
Upon clicking on the Channel Manager tab it told me
"The Channel Manager could not be loaded. This is caused by the CMS not being able to connect to the site, either because the site is down or due to a misconfiguration. Please contact your systems administrator."

After seeing this message I went to localhost:8080/site/ and waited for the site to load.
Logged out, and logged back in. And the channel manager was working as normal.

Second time I clean installed gogreen and run it, it had no problems. So this does not happen every time (see screenshot CM-worksfine.png)

The CM-inbetween.png screenshot is sort of in between, it first pings the site, tells us it might be offline, pings it again, and appearantly finds it. Channe Manager works fine.
