NodeEditor in console does not show inherited mixin types

The node editor in the console only shows mixin types that are explicitly defined on the node itself, not the mixin types it inherits from its primary type or from its declared mixin types. These should be shown as well. However the corresponding checkboxes for those types in the editor should be disabled because such inherited types cannot be removed.
