Channel manager edit mode can time out

    Description

      When in the Channel Manager, when the session times out, it can break

      To reproduce:

      • In web.xml in site and cms, set the session-timeout to 1 minute
      • Build and run
      • Go to the channel manager and open a channel
      • Wait for one minute
      • Change the value for "Show this page as" and/or click "Edit template"

      Expected: No errors
      Actual: An error, after which the site is reloaded, or the Channel Manager breaks (showing the "forbidden" page where the site should be, and the 'ajax indicator' doesn't stop spinning)
