Some tests redefine initialize items that are used by the test framework

The repository test framework provides an extension with several items that are bootstrapped for every test. Some modules that use the repository test framework however use a name for an initialize item that is already used by the test framework. Due to changes to the repository initialization mechanism these tests now fail because their content can no longer be bootstrapped.
