As a CMS user, I want the handshake between the CMS and site to be managed better

Currently, the channel manager takes care of the handshake. From the top of my head (Ard), this now works because perspectives are not lazy loaded, so the handshake is done after logging in into the cms. Howewer, the behavioral targeting perspective also needs the handshake : If this perspective would be loaded before the channel manager, I am not sure whether the handshake would work. Also, the channel manager has a 'keep alive' pinger. The behavioral perspective not, so, the SSO might invalidate. Long story short, we should manage the SSO not from within a specific perspective, but on a higher level
